WHAT MINT DID:
Design, plan and produce a 2-night 3-day retreat for a group of industry planners to experience the newest addition to the Under Canvas collection and launch of their first Resort property ULUM Moab.
This all-inclusive experience included open flame meals by award winning Chef Shon Foster, stunning Southwestern Dinner Under the Stars in an abandoned rancher corral, Pop Up Whiskey Cave Speak Easy, activities in and around Moab including Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park, a Dark Sky Experience with local Astronomer, morning movement classes overlooking Looking Glass Rock, live music happy hours, desert tea blending workshop and much more.
