WHAT MINT DID:

Design, plan and produce the Whitman Peterson Annual General Meeting Experience. From guest registration to transportation, food & beverage and group activities - we were a full service provider and partner in bringing the AutoCamp magic to life for the WP team, their founders and key investors.

THE RESULTS:

Two days of meaningful conversations and authentic connections with partners and investors who don’t normally get the opportunity to interact with each other face to face. In a setting that encouraged cozy flannels and jeans around the campfire, attendees were able to experience the magic that happens when you take people outside their usual bubble. Where creativity and innovation flows in a way that is often void in a boardroom filled with suit jackets and ties. Their meetings were conducted with an iconic view of Buzzards Bay and each communal meal was an opportunity integrate content while actively engaging with other participants.

ABOUT THE VENUE:

AutoCamp Cape Cod, rooted in the timeless American tradition of hitting the road, AutoCamp’s properties take everything that’s great about sleeping in wilderness and make it even better with impeccable design and luxury comfort.

As strategic parter to Whitman Peterson + AutoCamp, Mint Collective has worked with AutoCamp from the very beginning and have had the pleasure of helping clients and groups design iconic, nature-centric experiences.

Mint believes access to nature revitalizes the spirit and reinvigorates the mind. It creates remarkable opportunities for fun and authentic interactions, and that is what is so great about the AutoCamp concept.

Unique retreats and offsite gatherings offer a break from the usual environment and routine. It becomes a crucial and revitalizing change of scenery that can help leadership teams, employees and thought leaders (really anyone) rejuvenate and experience a sense of coming back to themselves as people, capable of creativity and active collaboration.

STRATEGIC PARTNERS IN BRINGING THE AGM TO LIFE:

Shelly Slater Strategies: Shelly & her team were integral in bringing the Whitman Peterson AGM content and story to life. The meetings were live streamed and recorded for future use and valuable story telling. Leveling up the experience for participants in person as well as around the globe.

Chef Chon Foster: This award winning Chef & team are intimately familiar with out of the box culinary experiences. Chef & team popped up a fully functioning outdoor kitchen to ensure every attendee was fed and thoroughly statisfied for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef believes that food should connect us to where we are, and where we have been! When people eat his food, he wants them to find themselves in that moment, closing their eyes and letting their senses take them back to memories of their life. Then watch as the food elevates them to their new surroundings.
