Alpaca 30/30 PropCo Summit
An inaugural event hosted by Alpaca, designed to connect PropCo Founders, Operators and Allocators with nature – and each other.
Their two-night experience was held at Getaway in the Eastern Catskills, where they embarked upon a unique opportunity to connect 30 PropCo Founders & Operators from the Real Estate Technology ecosystem with 30 Real Asset allocators. The retreat was a highly curated experience pairing PropCo education with outdoor health and wellness activities, dining experiences, live music and more.
The guest list featured a lineup of distinguished thought leaders and guests (plus, some exciting surprises). With nature as the backdrop, the 30/30 PropCo Summit successfully facilitate meaningful connections and interactions that helped bridge the education gap around PropCo structures and match allocators with companies seeking capital.
